This sour beer has a similar base to our Sunshine, but with Christmas approaching, we've made it stronger. The fruit in it includes apple, pear, and peach, complemented by vanilla and cinnamon. The aroma is dominated by cinnamon and fruit, while the acidity is rather low to keep Žemlovka easy to drink. Christmas in a bottle!
