Our dark beer is more hoppy than is usual for this type. It is also unsweetened. You will enjoy the composition of roasted malts with a pleasant bitterness. Our Czech brewing terminology does not recognize the term "black beer," so we refer to it as dark with a hyphen black. However, according to color analysis, our dark beer falls into the Schwarzbier category, which is commonly recognized around the world. It was also the very first beer brewed at our brewery in 2009.
