A sour beer inspired by Future Sunshine from Pressure Drop Brewing, which we tasted in England. It is a stronger 15% Sour Fruited Ale with 5% alcohol. We worked our magic with tropical fruits – peaches, pineapple, passion fruit in the form of purée, and lactose. Sunshine smells and tastes like a carefree summer, lounging on a blanket, holiday romances, hot sand, and the sound of the ocean—everything we miss so much in winter.
